Bernard McDowell

As ADCO’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bernard leads a team of experienced sales professionals and is responsible for the strategic marketing direction for the company. Serving on the Executive Leadership team, Bernard is tasked with the sustained growth of ADCO’s product lines and market expansion within various sectors of the industry.

Bernard has 30 years of experience in the packaging machinery industry, most recently serving as Global Director of Aftermarket Sales for Accraply Labeling, a Barry-Wehmiller company. Bernard has also served in several sales and leadership roles within the industry and is most passionate about the coaching, mentoring, and development of salespeople.

Bernard is a long-time car enthusiast, an animal lover, and enjoys spending time with his family, especially on the lake.
