The Aftermarket Sales Representative’s primary responsibilities will be to fulfill incoming requests for warranty and non-warranty spare and replacement parts orders as well as to promote and sell parts to ADCO’s existing customer base. The applicant must be able to effectively use print books, engineering files and other means, including working with other personnel in order to promptly complete comprehensive and accurate parts quotes based on the customer’s description of their needs. They must also be able to prepare parts proposals for legacy machines and systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Capable of questioning in an effective manner to understand customer needs

  • Demonstrated experience working with MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle multiple concurrent activities

  • Independent, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of professionals, both verbal and written

  • Ability to successfully prospect and make cold calls

  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong aptitude for sales
