Machine Testing & FAT

Before any machinery solution ships from ADCO, we will conduct a complete factory acceptance test (FAT)  on the equipment. This testing is done according to agreed-upon testing criteria between ADCO and the customer and is a crucial final step in the process before shipment.

Machine acceptance testing, commonly called factory acceptance testing (FATs), allows our customers to see their machinery solutions operate in a production-like environment. Testing duration, machine downtime, and operating speeds are all part of the testing criteria that are agreed upon before FAT.

ADCO encourages the customer to attend and monitor the testing in person if possible. An ADCO machine must pass the factory acceptance test before it ships out to the customer.

What sets us apart?

  • In-house FATs allows end users hands-on learning of their new machine
  • We are capable of handling small or large groups for single and multi-day FATs
  • Flexibility to use ADCO or customer-supplied FAT testing criteria
  • Innovative multi-camera online streaming of FATs is available if a customer cannot be in the factory
