Hand-Load Vertical Cartoner
The VHL Vertical Hand-load cartoning machine is the answer for hard-to-load products.
The VHL is a continuous motion machine designed to run seal end cartons vertically so that the opening is facing up. The cartons are erected by an orbital pre-break feeder from the horizontal powered carton magazine. Once the cartons are erected, the bottom flaps are closed and sealed. The cartons then pass by the horseshoe-shaped load table where multiple operators drop the product into the carton. The top flaps are then closed and sealed with hot melt adhesive. Like all ADCO machines, the VHL is constructed out of stainless steel and is available in both, standard and washdown configurations.
