Corrugated Tray Former

Capable of forming a wide range of sizes and styles of corrugate trays, the ergonomically designed CTF 470V delivers class-leading performance at speeds up to 70 cycles per minute.

Featuring a 5’ powered magazine and available fast “no-tool” changeover, the compact and simple to operate CTF 470V is ideal for the most demanding production environments. The servo powered mandrel allows the stroke travel to be optimized by folding flaps gradually, maximizing compression, and accelerating the return stroke. Like all ADCO machines, the CTF 470V is constructed in stainless steel and is available in both standard and washdown configurations.
